Project ANANDAM
Free, private counselling for any student who needs to talk.
About the project
Someone to talk to, in confidence.
Studies, exams, friends, family and the pressure to do well can weigh heavily on a young person. CES knows this, and Project ANANDAM was started so that no student has to carry it alone.
Any student can meet a counsellor one to one, in private, and talk through what is troubling them: stress, worries about studies, a career choice, or difficulties with the people around them. The counsellor helps them work it through, and helps them build the resilience to cope when things get hard again.
Counselling under ANANDAM is free. The project also helps keep students away from harmful habits such as tobacco and substance use. Anandam means joy, and a calm, stress-free student life is what it works towards.
